De Blasio stiffs nonprofits out of $120M, group says

The 40 nonprofits, which run services like food pantries, elder care and childcare for essential workers, have fulfilled their end of the contracts with the city, but the de Blasio administration hasn’t paid up, according to UNH’s Director of Policy Nora Moran.
